Terms and conditions of Montana Trading LTD
This Agreement is executed by and between Montana Trading LTD s and the Client, a physical or legal person.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 Montana Trading LTD clients have to follow these terms and conditions.
1.2 Montana Trading LTD requires an identification from every client.
1.3 Montana Trading LTD opens an account for a client as soon as it receives the identity.
2. TRADING EXECUTION
2.1 Montana Trading LTD provides a customer a username and a password for the purposes of trading.
2.2 The client can trading at Montana Trading LTD platform as soon as the account is open
2.3 Montana Trading LTD uses only the safest and secure leverage.
2.4 Montana Trading LTD uses expert analysis to define trading rates. The rates are calculated depending on the differences between rates of buying and selling. Those rates can be changed at any time.
2.5 The customer may ask the company to execute trading on its behalf or for it.
2.6 The customer's balance is added to or withdrawn from it based on previous trades.
2.7 Trading accounts with Montana Trading LTD are not charged with interest.
2.8 Montana Trading LTD does not pay any trades which were made wrong.
3. CLIENT'S DECLARATIONS
3.1 When the customer chooses to set up a trading account with Montana Trading LTD he or she agrees to our terms and conditions:
3.1.1 There are no rules that prevent the client from establishing a trading account with Montana Trading LTD .
3.1.2 The customer assumes full responsibility for the trades issued by the Account.
3.1.3 The customer is fully responsible for protecting his account's personal information.
3.1.4 Montana Trading LTD clients understand that trading with has some risks connected with full or partial loss of funds.
3.1.5 Montana Trading LTD customers have current knowledge of financial trading and are ready to educate themselves before entering into trading.
3.1.6 Montana Trading LTD customers are aware that foreign currency trading is highly risky.
3.2 Several people can own and operate shared accounts with Montana Trading LTD. Any information given to one owner is considered given to all others as well.
3.3 Montana Trading LTD customers must be 18 years or older.
3.4 At Montana Trading LTD we do not accept clients from these countries. They are included in the list of proscribed States. The countries listed below are:
Afghanistan, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia and the Arab Republic of Syria.
4. LIMITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Montana Trading LTD is not responsible for any loss or debt that may occur to customers as a result of their trading activities.
4.2 Montana Trading LTD doesn't give any consultations or recommendations regarding taxes.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 Montana Trading LTD is not responsible for any loss or debt that can meet clients after their trading activities.
6. LIMITING LOSSES
6.1 Montana Trading LTD customers will not lose more than the value of their financing within their account opened by the company.
7. REPORT
7.1 Montana Trading LTD clients may find some copies of their reports on their personal account page.
8. PAYMENTS
8.1 Montana Trading LTD clients will receive payments on demand when submitting the appropriate documents and follow some steps.
9. ADJUSTING / STOPPING CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS VALIDATION
9.1 Montana Trading LTD terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Customers will be notified if and when such provisions are changed.
9.2 If Montana Trading LTD or its client required to close the account, all the deals will be closed the day next to agreement closure.
9.3 After the agreement was closed, none of the new trades can be done.
